The daily activity of selecting products and suppliers, the search for innovative solutions to customer problems, the adoption of internal procedures that guarantee an adequate level of service and safety, integrated quality, safety and environment codes, compliant with the standards set by UNI EN ISO regulations are some of the certified management system activities.
The certifications have made FIP Articoli Tecnici competitive in all its services and have consolidated the company's image of reliability and quality which in its 75 years of activity has been achieved in national and international markets.
The goal of UNI EN ISO 9001 certification achieved in 1998 and the maintenance of the certification itself for over 20 years in line with the regulatory updates that the ISO 9001 standard itself has had in the period (ISO 9001:2000, 9001:2008), is a confirmation of the expansion line undertaken by the company since its inception and carried forward by investing in the future. In 2016 FIP decided to adapt the system to ISO 9001:2015, firmly believing that the risk-based approach is a key managerial tool to improve the vision of the company as an organism interacting with the context and constant evolution.
FIP Articoli Tecnici pays particular attention to compliance with all the environmental requirements established by current legislation, with particular reference to the REACH regulations for products.
FIP adopts a balance with the needs of the socio-economic systematic approach to environmental management. This is to protect the environment, but also in context to respond to changing environmental conditions. In 2023 FIP Articoli Tecnici also obtained UNI EN ISO 14001 certification.
In 2018 FIP Articoli Tecnici chose to integrate its quality system by adapting it to the requirements of the UNI ISO 45001 standard relating to safety and health management systems in the workplace. In 2019 FIP Articoli Tecnici also obtained the UNI ISO 45001 certification.
The legality rating is a synthetic indicator of compliance with high standards of legality by companies that have requested it. FIP Articoli Tecnici has obtained the recognition of a score equal to two "stars" by the Competition and Market Guarantor Authority.
Gender Equality certification occurs on a voluntary basis and at the request of the company. The UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice provides for the adoption of specific performance indicators (KPIs), in relation to 6 evaluation areas that distinguish an organization that is inclusive and respectful of gender equality, such as: Culture and strategy; Governance Processes; Human Resources; Opportunities for growth and inclusion of women in the company; Remuneration equity by gender; Protection of parenthood and work-life balance.
