RISUK

Heavy duty mandrel built suction and delivery hose. Especially developed for suction of  abrasive products of large particle size. The structure of the hose provides excellent resistance to cutting and mechanical stresses in correspondence of mechanical arms of the suction excavators. Black,  smooth conductive rubber inner layer, high tensile textile plies, steel spiral and a/s copper wires. Black, conductive, corrugated rubber, weather and abrasion resistant outer layer. Fabric impression. Working temperature: -30°C +70°C.

Note: Abrasion value < 40 mm3. The end user, in his own interest, must carry out a periodic preventive maintenance of the hose, mainly when the service conditions foresee heavy duty application or the trasnfer of aggressive materials. In any case, when there are signs that may foresee a reduction of functionality of the hose, it is important to arrange the substitution of the product or at least an accurate verification of the hose.
