Poliucell

It's a cell foamed polyurethane. Its special structure (half-closed thin cells). Its special structure gives excellent mechanical performances as it can give elastic responses better than dense rubber allowing deformations and heavy prestress and keeping minimum side expansions. Ageing resistance and hydrocarbons resistance are excellent. Performances are determined by densities.

Description

It is produced in sheets size 250x500x50 mm with skin, that afterwards are broken in small sheets without skin with lower thickness, to a minimum of 2 mm. it is easily printable in particulars with drawing shapes and juncture to metal; equipment costs are very low. It is used in production of springs, vibration dampers gasket for bonnets, end-motion pads, rolls for gives painting and spreading, etc.

WORKING TEMPERATURE -20 +60°C.

On request it can be produced in sheet size mm. 1000x1000x30 and mm. 250x750x50.
