Rubber bearing pads and supportsNR-based sheet suitably prepared for the application...
Well known to design engineers and design engineers, armored rubber mounts allow for high load transmission by absorbing the horizontal displacement of the structure. They have the role of anti-vibration isolation in the suspension of very heavy machinery, mass-produced artifacts, buildings and, in general, all kinetic high-energy materials.
For their exceptional filter quality in shock and vibration transmission and their deformation capacity, they are also particularly well-known in the field of anti-seismic protection. The elastomers used for making the supports are natural rubber or chloroprene. Our NEO-ARM® support consists of several layers of a special rubber compound studied by our laboratories, adhered by steel sheet curing. We can provide support that meets all the major existing standards: UNI-EN 1337-3, AASHTO. Our technical service is at your disposal to provide you with all the details about the characteristics of the various compounds and the deformation values that our supports can withstand.
Working: the supports must be placed in a normal plane to the direction of the permanent loads to avoid the formation of tangential components, that is direct in parallel to the support plane, due to permanent loads. It is not permissible to place two or more supports in the direction of the beams; Supports of different dimensions or made of different types can not normally be joined by different deformability. The surfaces between which the supports are inserted must be as flat and parallel as possible; For this purpose, we can use our M FIP 140 or A FIP 230 AP epoxy resins to restore irregular support.
